Measuring Satisfaction

Engaging Employees

We conduct an annual employee satisfaction survey to understand how employees feel about a variety of topics, including our commitment to being a leader in values-based banking.

Overall employee satisfaction continued to be high with 79% of employees saying they are satisfied overall with ACU and 74% willing to recommend ACU as a good place to work. Just over 60% of all questions on the survey were rated 80% or better indicating a response of 'strongly agree' or 'agree'.

In 2015, employee support for how ACU does business continued to be very strong and is an important measure of employee engagement for us. Consistent with previous years, 92% of employees expressed strong belief in ACU's mission and values. On average 92% of employees agree that ACU makes a positive difference in the community, trust ACU to make business decisions that are socially and environmentally responsible, and are proud of what ACU does for the community and environment.

Employee alignment with our values remains strong. When surveyed, 9 out of 10 employees indicate support, pride and trust in ACU's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
